Meet Our CEO & Founder
Marcus L. Caamano, MBA, MSCE
Mr. Caamano is a seasoned construction professional with over 18 years in the industry. He is experienced in providing comprehensive program and project oversight for a wide variety of assignments throughout the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Region. Versed with the public-and private-sector clients in a number of market sectors, including higher education, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and sports/entertainment, he has led efforts involving complex ground-up construction projects, major infrastructure improvements, and high-end interior renovations. He is experienced in working closely with in-house institutional staff during capital improvement programs to minimize disruptions to critical operations, especially at hospitals and medical centers, through careful project staging and phasing. During these efforts, Mr. Caamano's responsibilities include continuously interfacing with all internal and external project stakeholders, developing project budgets, reviewing drawings and designs, negotiating contracts and change orders, supervising project architects, construction managers, and specialty subcontractors and tradespeople. Further complementing his professional background is his extensive construction management and field supervision expertise. In this capacity, Mr. Caamano has coordinated support of excavation, concrete placement, utility connections, erection of steel structures, façade installation, mechanical infrastructure, and high-end interior finishes.
Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Master of Science in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, Master of Business Administration, all from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has also completed and obtain a certification in Negotiation Mastery from Havard Business School. Currently a Doctoral Candidate at Liberty University, Doctor of Business Administration, Specialization in Organizational Leadership and Development
